Product Usage
This series of machines is suitable for producing polyester full draft yarn (FDY) products by melt direct spinning or chip spinning. The spinning varieties include 55 ~ 110D, 83 ~ 167D, 167 ~ 330D, which are similar to the traditional 8-head / position production line. Compared with that, the output can be increased by 50% ~ 250%, and the cost is low and the energy consumption is small.

1. Extruder screw adopts LTM low temperature mixing element;
2. Bottom-loaded cup components and spinnerets, energy-saving spinning boxes, large pitch: 850 ~ 1500 mm, melt lines with high-efficiency static mixers;
3. Unique spinneret fiber-splitting technology. One spinneret has two or more zones. 8-spinning can be changed to 16-spinning, and 12-spinning can be changed to 24-spinning.
4. Specially designed planetary gear metering pump, oil pump is driven separately;
5. The metering pump drive is vertical installation, the pump shaft is detachable, and it can be controlled separately.
6. The heat drafting roller adopts the heat pipe uniform temperature technology, the temperature in the working area on the surface of the heat roller is uniform and reliable, and the energy consumption is low;
7. Fully-automatic tube changer winding head with precise winding, high switching success rate, good forming, roll cake rolls up to 24 heads / position.
