Product Usage
It is mainly used in the production of polyester POY, FDY, industrial yarn, etc. by the spinning process using bottle flakes as raw materials.
Two different production processes:
Process A
Polyester bottle flakes-> cleaning-> drying-> extrusion-> dual stage filtration-> spinning-> winding-> POY, FDY, industrial yarn
Process B
Polyester bottle flakes-> cleaning-> drying-> extrusion-> single-stage filtration-> reaction kettle-> single-stage filtration-> spinning-> winding-POY, FDY, Industrial yarn
main feature:
1. Different drying systems for different bulk density, shape and particle fluidity.
2. Equipped with screw and barrel for bottle flakes;
3. Process A dual stage filter with booster pump is particularly suitable for occasions with more impurities and large pressure drop after first stage filtration;
4. Process B is equipped with a reaction kettle to uniform melt viscosity and improve product spinnability.
