This machine is suitable for high-strength, low-shrink polyester industrial yarns by using multi-stage drawing process of high-viscosity polyester chips through melt spinning.

2. Top-loaded high-pressure self-sealing component with Ø 200 spinneret diameter;
3. Independent temperature-controlled slow-cooling heating device, effectively preventing the skin-core fiber structure;
4. Multiple combined multi-stage drafting and heat setting methods can meet the different performance requirements of polyester industrial yarns;
5. The heat roller adopts electric induction heating, heat pipe temperature equalization or segmented temperature control technology, the temperature of the work area on the surface of the heat roller is even and reliable;
6. Fully automatic winding head, high switching success rate, low waste silk rate and good forming.
